Services
AuthorCraft Publishing provides professional book publishing services including ghostwriting, editing, cover design, formatting, publishing, and marketing. The specific services, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content created by AuthorCraft on your behalf, including ghostwritten manuscripts, becomes your intellectual property upon full payment. We retain no rights to your work. You agree not to reproduce our proprietary processes or templates.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects. All team members sign NDAs. We will never disclose your project details, personal information, or manuscript content to any third party without your explicit consent.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual service agreements. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
AuthorCraft Publishing's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for lost profits, publication outcomes, or sales performance of published books.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
